Binus Square Mobile is an application that is used by Binus Square Boarders to help them with their daily needs while living in Binus Square. Binus Square is a student dormitory owned by Binus University. The app itself supports the boarder to help them live comfortably.

Problems

As a boarder of Binus Square, I feel there are a few things that I struggle to use. For example, I want to check the real-time location of the shuttle bus, and at some point, I waited for the shuttle for like 30 minutes and wondered "Where's the shuttle?". This feature helps me to give certainty about my shuttle location.

Besides, I also adjusted the home page to make it easier to access some of the frequently used features on the app. I mainly use this app to check for my package, giving feedback to the management, and see the lost and found.
